Welcome to Point•112

Chances are your body has been trying to tell you something for a while. Maybe you’ve reached the point where conventional approaches no longer feel enough.
Acupuncture offers a different conversation with the body - one that listens before it has to scream for attention.
There is also a growing body of research supporting the benefits of Acupuncture, which you can explore here .

Most people experience a subtle sensation, often described as mild tingling or slight pressure. Needles help to restore your body’s natural flow of energy known as Qi.
-
Bodywork
Hands have been used to heal long before needles. We all know the power of touch – its ability to soothe and restore. Incorporating Tui Na, a therapeutic Chinese Medicine technique helps ease tension and support relaxation, allowing your body to feel peaceful and nurtured.
